The longest post in Blogger History!

Hello, Blog! How have you been? Remember how I used to read you and update you religiously? Well, in case you've missed me too, here's what's been keeping me from you: (in no particular order)
Joey turned 4!James turned 15! (Is that a chocolate fountain? Sounds like a lot of fun, right? So where's James been all summer? Football Practice! I'll make sure to take pictures of that. Go DHS!

A Fairy Tale

What a beautiful wedding--I have to say, I'm a total sucker for this kind of thing. I had a little 2:00 a.m. tea-party for some friends and family while we watched the live coverage. We all had the Mormon version of tea in our little tea cups--Diet Coke.

There is a British bakery downtown, and so I went and got some things. These are crumpets--who knew? They are YUMMY!

New Neighbors

Our new house is surrounded by fields. Ever since we moved in, James has been bringing surprises to the door... I got a knock at the window and James had found this little guy.

What is he going to find next? I can't wait!

Ssssss....

Andrew, Joey and I went to a way fun birthday party for one of my Sunbeams, Boston. They had all sorts of reptiles that we could hold and play with.And Brittney Spears was there, too!

Toothless!

Andrew lost his first tooth! All he had to do was show his wiggly little tooth to Ed and POP! It was history.

We're Sodding Fools!

Firstly, I hope the title of this post is not offensive to anyone who speaks the Queen's English. While I find American cursing vulgar and disgusting, British swear-words are adorable. Kind of like Mary Poppins cussing. I mean, really--wanker? bloody? It's so cute.
Anyway, we got our yard all ready for sod with the help of a landscaping company. The guys were great. Andrew got to drive the track-hoe while they moved rocks.Then the sod was delivered...And we got to work...It was so nice of our new neighbors to come over and help. Especially since it started to rain.Looks good!
I was going to take a great picture of us all lying in the grass when it was done, but we were trashed, wet, muddy and sore. So, you'll have to come and see the finished product for yourselves!
