Why do they come? Is it instinct? Some sort of ancient migrating ritual? Or does this tree hold some other monkey significance? Each summer, we document several incidents of these sightings. Is there a scientific explanation? We may never know.
Even more amazing is the fact that these monkeys have been returning to this tree for so long. This monkey was documented in 2001 when it was only 3 years old. It has since passed its knowledge of tree climbing on to younger monkeys. Whatever the reason, we love our monkeys and love to see them climbing in this special tree!

definitely the cutest monkeys i've ever seen!
Is Mama Monkey ever seen climbing the tree?
Don't monkeys eat their own poo?
Or do they throw it?
(Or both)
When does monkey-hunting season open?
